Jinhai Xinyuan's mid-year debriefing meeting in 2020 was successfully held
On July 23, 2020, the 2020 mid-year debriefing meeting of Jinhai Xinyuan Electric Jiangsu Co., Ltd. was held in the company's 2108 meeting room. The vice presidents (general assistants), department ministers (some deputy ministers) and workshop directors attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the general manager Zhu Donghong.
At the meeting, participants from various departments made a summary report on the work situation in the first half of the year and the work plan in the second half of the year. The report included sales, orders, and collections in the first half of the year, as well as procurement, quality, and administration. Manager Zhu Donghong made a final summary of the work in the first half of the year and made specific deployment instructions for the business plan for the second half of the year.
In the first half of 2020, under the influence of the epidemic, adhering to the core values of "integrity, gratitude, and hard work", all employees of the company worked together to overcome the difficulties caused by the epidemic. Orders increased by 303.7% compared with previous years. Sales performance has also increased by 153% compared with previous years. General Manager Zhu Donghong highly appreciated and fully affirmed such performance.

The general manager asked all departments to correct these problems one by one in the second half of the year, so that the company can continue to develop healthily and steadily. .
