Our company owns the only German-made hot-dip galvanizing equipment for the surface treatment of bridge frames in China. The zinc tank has a large capacity and a depth of 2.5 meters. When hot-dip galvanizing, the product will not touch the zinc slag deposited at the bottom of the tank, and it is not easy to produce zinc tumors; the entire system uses multi-point fuel injection, and the size of the fuel injection volume is controlled by the computer The temperature of the zinc bath can be controlled within 460℃±5℃. The product is heated stably and uniformly during hot-dip galvanizing without deformation. The thickness of the zinc layer is controlled between 70-150μm. The components after hot-dip galvanizing are passivated. After treatment, an oxide film with strong oxidation resistance is formed on the surface of the zinc layer, which can guarantee a corrosion-resistant life of 45 years.
