Our company has introduced a new Taiwan-made Zhenghua automatic spraying production line. The entire electrostatic spraying room is equipped with a fully automatic manipulator for powder spraying. The German Wagner spraying equipment is adopted. The temperature control, chain speed and electrostatic voltage of the equipment are digitally controlled. The production line has low energy consumption and a fully enclosed recovery system with a recovery rate of 98.5%, which can spray workpieces up to 8000*1800 long. The high-quality and high-strength powder from DuPont of the United States is selected. The coated product has a plump surface, uniform color and no impurities, flat and smooth, orange-lined powder with strong three-dimensional effect and beautiful appearance. The thickness of the coating film is above 60μm, which guarantees the service life of the product over 20 years.
