Kingshore New Resources efficiently completes emergency orders for high current fire-resistant bus ducts
Faced with urgent customer needs, Kingshore New Resources has once again written the spirit of hard work with efficient actions.
Recently, the company successfully completed the entire process of measuring, producing, and delivering high current fire-resistant bus ducts within a week, fulfilling customer commitments at an extraordinary speed and vividly demonstrating the business philosophy of "wholeheartedly serving customers".
Cross departmental collaboration to tackle challenges and push the limits of delivery cycles
Due to the client's project schedule adjustment, the delivery cycle for this order has been reduced to one-third of the regular time. Kingshore New Resources quickly established a special team, with the technical team working overnight to design solutions. The production department activated a rapid response mechanism, and the quality inspection process was synchronized and embedded into the workflow, achieving a "zero waiting" connection. Faced with the tight supply of raw materials, the supply chain team coordinates multiple parties to ensure timely delivery of raw materials. All departments work together to break through the bottleneck of production capacity and ultimately achieve the goal of quality and quantity assurance.
Build trust with speed, win the future with quality
The successful completion of this urgent order not only consolidates the strategic cooperation relationship with the customer, but also establishes the service concept of "meeting the urgent needs of customers and solving their needs". Kingshore New Resources will take this breakthrough as an opportunity to further upgrade its intelligent production system, consolidate its ability to deliver quickly, and create value beyond expectations for more customers.
