2022

In December 2022, the company was recognized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology as a specialized, niche, and innovative small- and medium-sized enterprise in Jiangsu Province. Also in December 2022, the company’s annual orders and sales both exceeded 1 billion yuan.

2021

In May 2021, the company signed a tripartite agreement with the Guanling Buyi and Miao Autonomous County People's Government and China General Nuclear Power Group Guizhou Anshun Guanling New Energy Co., Ltd. Also in May 2021, Guizhou Jinhai Xinyuan Electric Co., Ltd. was established.

2020

On October 15, 2020, Zhu Donghong, the company's General Manager, was recognized as an Outstanding Individual for Ethnic Unity and Progress in Jiangsu Province.

2019

In January 2019, the company's backup power cabinet was successfully developed and put into use at the remote base station backup power cabinet of Lianyungang Telecom Branch.

2018

2017

2016

2015

In January 2015, the company established a strategic partnership with Nanjing China Nuclear Power 2-3 Energy Engineering Co., Ltd. The two parties carried out in-depth cooperation on the design, construction and EPC business in the field of photovoltaic power generation. In October 2015, the subsidiary Xinjiang Jinyuan Runneng Power Technology Co., Ltd. was established. In November 2015, the company established the "Jiangsu Province Distributed Optical Fiber Measurement and Control Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center".

2014

In June 2014, the company and Jiangsu Power Distribution Equipment Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center jointly established a "shared laboratory". 2012

In March 2012, the first phase of the new plant was completed and the company moved into the new plant. 2010

In March 2010, the original Zhenjiang Jinmo Electrical Equipment Factory was reorganized into Jinhai Xinyuan Electric Jiangsu Co., Ltd. after capital increase and share expansion, product structure adjustment, and the new brand-"Jinhai Xinyuan" was launched. In April 2010, the first phase of the company's new plant started construction. In May 2010, the Power Electronics R&D Center was established to enter the photovoltaic power station system supporting equipment industry. In July 2010, the development of new products such as photovoltaic intelligent combiner box, photovoltaic support system, and photovoltaic power generation outlet box was completed. In August 2010, DTS R&D center was established to develop optical fiber sensor series products. In December 2010, the photovoltaic inverter passed the Golden Sun certification.
